We started work with R&A Energy Solutions LLC in the Summer of 2007. Very recently, early in 2010, the client obtained financing for its first plant, to be operated by our client's affiliate, Sandusky-Clyde Energy Solutions LLC, on a 20 acre site west of Clyde, Ohio.
R&A Energy Solutions LLC provides integrated, modular pyrolysis and combined heat and power generation equipment for the dairy, cattle feedlot, recycling, waste hauling, municipal utility and auto shredding industries. The client's technology generates electrical power from biomass.
The Clyde plant will generate power through the pyrolysis of household trash collected by F.S.I. Disposal in five North Central Ohio counties to be sold to Clyde Light Power, the municipal electric utility. The plant has been described as the first of its kind in the United States, and possibly in the World.
We partnered with our client, R&A Energy Solutions LLC, over a period of almost three full years to develop and fund the client's new technology for the generation of renewable energy.
