Richard Zack, the son of two M.I.T. trained computer engineers, took a different route when he founded Pantek, Inc., an open source software consulting business, right out of Kenston High School. We were pleased to assist Richard as he built his business.
When, years later, Richard decided to sell his business in order to pursue other opportunities, we were asked to assist in orchestrating this disposition and the transition.
As it turns out, Richard’s parents, now retired from careers with Computer Sciences Corporation, acquired Pantek, Inc. from their son.
We’re pleased, today, to have the opportunity to assist Pantek, Inc.’s President, Barry Zack, as he continues to build the business.
