National Asset Recovery Group, an asset recovery/debt collection business headquartered in Ashland, Ohio, and its President, Ed Heartstedt, had plans to form a fund which would acquire and then collect distressed debt.
Ben Calkins assisted in organizing Mainsail Portfolio I, LLC, and advised relative to raising capital for the new fund.
Mainsail Portfolio I, LLC, successfully closed earlier this year.
